SOLUTIONs ?

There is always an answer in any consequences that exists . No question will get no answer . So , in order to solve animal abuse problem , we should gather and get information to solve the problems .
Here are some solutions that can help to solve the issues of animal abuse . (:

  • Harsher punishment for offenders.

Or more importantly, something needs to be done about people getting dogs and cats in the first place. There needs to be a way to disallow inept, irresponsible, and abusive people from ever getting an animal. Obviously, our present system does not address this, as people are allowed to buy, use, and abuse animals as they please. I think the first step towards a progressive stance in pet ownership is to make a legal distinction between pet and property. With that distinction made, I think we could build a better system for animal welfare.

  • Teach your children well.

It’s important that children are taught from an early age to show respect and compassion for animals. If their parents never talk about animals, never give them books on the subject, or teach by example, how are children to know any better? Those that are not given this valuable lesson may go on to join the millions of trophy hunters, people who, when they see beautiful wild animals, can think only to kill them. They may even continue the cruelty, which has been well documented to be a prelude to domestic violence. It’s very important to nip those impulses in the bud. It’s pretty likely that rodeo “cowboys”, bullfighters, those that slaughter animals, and others who make a living doing terrible things to animals, were never taught this lesson.

  •  Sound environmental policies by governments.

Nations need to stop worrying about killing off wildlife to help ranchers, and concentrate on saving what natural areas they have left. If they would stop subsidizing the raising of meat animals, they could us the money saved to protect natural resources.
  • Set up a brown-bag lecture series at your office, conducted by a humane agency, and learn about pet care, basic behavior solutions, and animal welfare issues.
  • Get pet care and behavior pamphlets from your humane agency to distribute to any of your coworkers and friends with new pets.
  • Put together packets of treats and a pet-care book or video to give to friends who've just gotten a new pet. Include spay/neuter information, tags, and a vaccination record book. Obedience lessons make a great gift for a new puppy too!
  • Support any initiative to strengthen your state's anti-cruelty laws.
  • Write to your local newspaper and TV station whenever animal cruelty stories appear. Tell them you support strong penalties for these abusers.
  • Contribute to or volunteer at your local shelter, where they must deal with these appalling situations regularly.
